Shipping Policy
 U.S. Shipping:
All orders will be processed and shipped via USPS priority mail the following business day unless that day is a holiday. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will ship on the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- FREE USPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $200+ (Before tax)
- USPS Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): $8
- 2-Day USPS Priority Shipping: $25Â
- Next Day Shipping: $30Â
- In-store pick-up option is FREE
Please note, if you selected in-store pick up as your shipping option, you may pick up your order any time during our normal business hours. Additionally, once your package has left Voda's facilities, we are not responsible for your package. We cannot control what happens with your order once it's in USPS hands.Â
 How to ship your return order.
- Email info@shopvoda.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your first and last name and order number.
- Return the package within seven (7) days for a full refund and fourteen (14) days for store credit.
- Ship the item using an insured carrier to our return address:Â 4209 Lassiter Mill Rd Suite #112 Raleigh, NC 27609
- Please include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND CONTACT EMAIL in your return package.
There is an invoice in your package with the shipping/return instructions. Voda is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
