Founder Kayla Brewer-Cheek opened Voda in 2017 From day one the goal was to offer attainable fashion and give women a comfortable, and inclusive place to shop. We want our customers to feel like our friends and our store to feel like you are stepping into our home. Seven years later, we still stick to these values. Voda’s flagship brick and mortar store is located in the heart of Raleigh’s North Hill’s neighborhood. Our e-commerce website launched in 2018, and we are actively growing and looking to expand.
Part-Time Sales Associates
Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at Voda, you work closely with your managers in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Your passion for fashion and keen understanding of the latest trends will be instrumental in assisting shoppers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories to suit their style and needs. If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we welcome you to join our team!
Qualifications/skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communicationsÂ
- Self-motivated, creative, problem-solver who is team-orientedÂ
- Ability to make decisions independently or escalate as needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, high-volume environmentÂ
- A commitment to organizational excellence
- Up to 15 hours per week with two weekend days per month required. Willingness to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
