HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
In-Store Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange on merchandise purchased between 11/1/24 - 12/24/24 brought back by 1/8/25 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Marked down items/sale items, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, undergarments and bathing suits are always final sale.
No refunds - store credit or exchange only.
Online Return Policy:
We are bummed your purchase didn’t work out for you! Don’t stress. You have seven (7) days from when your order was delivered to return for a full refund or store credit. Any purchase returned after seven (7) days but within fourteen (14) days is eligible for store credit only. On all in-store pickup orders, the (7) day return window starts the following business day from when the order was placed.
Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Marked-down items/sale items, jewelry, home accessories, sunglasses, undergarments, bathing suits, and bags are always final sale.
Please read the below for more information on eligible returns:
- All original tags must be attached and clothing must not be worn.
- Online or in-store returns must have the original receipt.
- All jewelry, undergarments, marked down items/sale items, accessories, bathing suits and ornaments are non-refundable and FINAL sale.
- All swimwear must be tried on with underwear and the protective liner. If the liner is removed, we will not issue a refund {online orders only, bathing suits purchased in-store are final sale}.
- Items in poor or damaged condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Include all original packaging and fill out the return form with all necessary information.
- Merchandise returned outside of the return window will not be accepted. We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.
How To Return Your Order:
Please mail your order to the address listed below. Once your package is received we will issue a refund, or store credit based off of the criteria listed above. All marked down items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are eligible within 24 hours of placing an order, if your order has not already shipped out. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@shopvoda.com with your first and last name, and your order number. Items that are marked down are not eligible for cancellation.
